Shipping took a long time. Label created, then nothing for several days. When the package finally arrived, it was the wrong size hat in a box that didn’t match the hat at all! I called and sent an email with pictures. Got an apology and “I’ll ship the correct one out right now.” That was on 9/29. It’s now 10/4 and I’ve received no tracking info and no response to 3 more emails I’ve sent asking to provide tracking info. Really unfortunate to spend $400 on a hat and deal with such poor shipping, communication, and customer service. Hoping they make this right and I eventually get that hat I paid for nearly 3 weeks ago.

I have always worn a 10 X or above. I decided to buy this 6X from last rodeo. It is a fantastic hat. It’s more than I expected and it’s exactly what last rodeo said it was. They were very prompt on getting it to me and I’m very happy with their service. I will order from them again saving money to get me a black Stetson.
Bought mine a couple of months ago, and it is an absolutely gorgeous hat! Wherever I wear it, comments are plenty, and that is always a good thing! If you're thinking about it, go for it!
