What is a custom hat bar?
A custom hat bar is where you design your own cowboy hat. You pick a felt or straw hat, a stylist steam-shapes the crown and brim to fit you, and you finish it with a band, feathers, pins and other details.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at both stores. For groups of six or more, book at least two weeks ahead so we can reserve the bar for you.
How long does it take?
About 20 to 30 minutes per hat. A group of 8 to 12 usually takes 90 minutes to two hours.
How much does a custom hat cost?
It depends on the hat you pick and the details you add. Shaping is included with every hat bought at Last Rodeo. For groups, send us your headcount and we will reply with a quote.
Can you shape a hat I bought somewhere else?
We shape and customize hats bought at Last Rodeo. Shaping is included with every hat you buy from us.
Can you take a last-minute bachelorette group?
We do our best. Call us at 602-885-6438 for same-week or same-day times. Walk-in groups of 4 or fewer can often be helped without booking.
Can you put our company logo on hats?
Yes. We can add custom branded hat bands or brand hats with a logo or initials. A minimum order applies.
Can the hat bar come to our event?
