How the Hat Bar Works

Step 1 — Choose Your Hat BaseSelect from our range of felt cowboy hats, straw cowboy hats, flat brims, and trucker-style hats.We carry bases from Stetson, Resistol, Charlie 1 Horse, and our in-house styles across multipleprice points — from $75 entry hats to premium 10X beaver felt hats at $649.

Step 2 — Shape Your Crown & Brim Our expert hat stylists use a professional hat steamer to shape your crown (cattleman crease, pinch front, diamond crown, or custom) and curl or set your brim to your preferred angle. This is the step that transforms a factory hat into a personal statement.

Step 3 — Choose Your Custom Details Select your hat band from our collection of leather, beaded,
woven, and custom-printed bands. Add feathers, pins, turquoise stones, branding irons, or any detail that makes the hat yours. No two hats ever leave our studio looking the same.
