Man, I'm so glad I found you guys. When all over! Scottsdale couldn't find what I was looking for. Felt like it was overpriced just because I was in Scottsdale. Decided to go eat in and out cuz we're in the Tempe area and just on a whim. I googled hat bars near me. Western stores and The last rodeo came up. Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable and just straight up. Impressive. Posted a video on cowboy hat enthusiasts on Facebook a lot of people live in that area and have never been to your store. I don't know. Excited that you guys are putting out quality products. With great customer service. Again, thank you very much and God bless.
Would have really liked to have given a positive review. Ordered this hat on July 26th and saw that a label was created and was how it stayed until Aug 7th. Called to get an update on order which they stated they had not dropped it off at UPS. Stated he would have it out that day. Showed it was dropped off at UPS and that was the status until Aug 12th. I called back and the person gave me the UPS store it was supposedly dropped off at. I called the UPS customer service line and the UPS store it was supposedly drop off and both stated there was no record of it being dropped off. Called back and all I continued to not get answers. Stated I wanted a refund and he stated he would take care of it right away with me getting a email. I am unsure if they are going to honor the order or refund my money but people should know my experience. I figured this would be a sure thing with 4.9 on the reviews and the one stars had nothing to do with shipping. Hoping they will make this right soon before I have to call my bank to get them involved.
