Getting your size right from abroad

US hat and boot sizes differ from UK and European sizes. Our size guide converts cowboy hat sizes between centimetres, inches, US and UK sizes, and cowboy boot sizes between US, UK and EU. Measure before you order, since return shipping from overseas is paid by the customer.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Custom shaped or personalized hats, special orders, gift cards and final sale items can't be returned.
