At Last Rodeo Western Wear & Hat Bar, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Original packaging is required
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Custom & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom shaped or personalized hats
  • Custom hat bands
  • Special orders
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@lastrodeoaz.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
